Scheduled maintenance work



We endeavour to announce all scheduled maintenance work a minimum of 7 days before the actual work is going to take place and to arrange it outside the core hours, usually during the night time between 01:00 and 06:00. In individual cases we might not be able to meet this lead time due to technical failures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.





Most recent maintenance notifications


Not all upstream suppliers and carriers will announce their scheduled maintenance work, thus from 01:00 to 06:00 we will accept all notifications on faults via phone but raise these faults with our suppliers not before 06:00 because most problems during night time are caused by maintenance work and will not needed to be looked into extra.
